An excellent service. Cost a paltry £60 return, both flights left on time, and both arrived early (10 minutes on the way out, 15 minutes on the return). All staff cheerful, professional and helpful and the modern 737-700 aircraft were spotless. Even the seat pitch seemed reasonable and certainly not uncomfortable for an hour's flight.

A very efficient, cost effective and friendly airline which I would not hesitate to use again. The big airlines have every reason to be worried.
