I recently had the pleasure of travelling on a Virgin Blue flight - a $1 one-way offer - and was delighted with the quality of service provided. I was travelling with a friend who has debilitating mental and physical disabilities and the Virgin crew could not have been more helpful in ensuring that our flight was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They stopped by frequently to have a chat and even helped my friend play a game of cards which I thought was lovely!

The seats were comfortable - even for my friend who has a severe weight problem - and the limited meals on offer were more than sufficient and well priced.

The flight was smooth and uneventful! Thank you Virgin Blue - we both had a great day out!
