On the return journey from Turkey I asked at the check in for extra legroom which they said they had given me. On boarding the plane the seats were not what I asked for. When I told the stewardess she as much as told me I would have to like it or lump it, her attitude was terrible.

There were only a few blankets and pillows, and when my wife had not touched her meal (which to me was inedible, the stewardess asked her if she could take it to give to someone else as there was not enough to go round, hardly the sign of a top airline.

The flight took off late, but was steady enough with a good landing.
