1. For a wheelchair I had to beg at Mumbai airport counter - please, please.

2. Each bag cannot be exactly 32 Kg. I had 33kg one bag, asking me to pay for excess baggage or remove it, it was for an old ladies bag.

3. Hand cabin bag should not be more than 7 kg. Mine was mainly for vegetarian home made food weighing in total 9 kg. Asked me to remove it.

4. Booked Asian vegetarian food, confirmed while checking in too. In flight they said "sorry you can have chicken, no more vegetarian available."

5. Juice was limited.

6. Most uncomfortable journey I come across in my life.

A cheap ticket means really cheap quality service.
