Taken February 2000 from Newcastle International (UK) to Teneriffe

Flight was late both directions by a minimum of 3 hours, uncomfortable, leather seats were torn.

Fault with the alarm on overwing emergancy door which meant passengers were subject to the alarm, very high pitched, for the entire duration of the flight (3.5 hours). Flight crew were unsympathetic and unhelpful to complaints and unable to meet meal requirements which left the passenger completely mealess.
