Home > Aer Arann Express > ReviewTaken July 2002 from Kerry to DublinAgain this route was flown by the ATR72 which arrived into Kerry 10 minutes late. Due to a quick turnaround the flight left 5 minutes late. This ATR had leather seats and made the flight all the better. The crew were a lot friendlier than the outbound flight, but the service still consisted of a choice between orange juice and water. Our short flight time made us 5 minutes early landing in Dublin. This is until your handling agents are Cityjet. Three Aer Arann flights landed around the same time and three Aer Arann flight passengers waited over 30 minutes for their bags to reappear with no explanation from either Aer Arann or Cityjet. This service was unbelievable and takes from the benefit of an internal flight in Ireland. | ||
