I have watched Airline and I expected rude staff and delays, but the price was right so I booked with them! The check-in staff were really friendly and even chatted to us. We boarded about 20 mins late but that wasn't as much as other flights. The whole plane was ready with the doors closed in 10 minutes and I couldn't believe it. We didn't have to queue on the runway we just went straight off. The service was fast and efficient and the crew were nice. On the return the check-in staff were again nice, but boarding was strange. My group was the first to check-in so we had priority boarding. We waited and watched the screens and it kept saying wait to be called. So we waited and about half an hour before the flight was due to leave we went to the gate and they had started to let people through the desk bit, but made us wait. A call went out over the PA saying all passengers for the flight make your way to the gate immediately, but they wouldn't let us board!! The flight was very bumpy (not their fault!) and the crew were friendly and helpful apart from one who didn't smile at all, and at Luton when an airport worker got on the plane she shouted at him. He was only doing his job!! Overall a very good flight. Don't be put off by what you see on Airline! | ||
