My first impression of this airline was wow I love the colour!! It was bright yellow!! Much to my delight we boarded a 737 and not one of the bae-146's which I didn't really fancy!

The flight was a bit late and after some confusion we were allowed to board. The plane was really clean and tidy and the crew were only happy to help. Half way through the flight we hit quite bad turbulance. A stewardess had a pot of tea in her hands and she couldn't make it back to the galley so she had to hold on tight in the aisle. It must of been quite a situation for her, but I didn't expect her to swear quite a few times! I thought that it was quite unprofessional. Apart from that the crew were excellent.

On the return it was a bit more complicated. I was on a school trip and there were 6 students and 2 teachers. At the check-in desk the woman at the counter said only one teacher was booked on the flight and the other wasn't, but we knew she was because she had flown with us to Berlin and the tickets were booked together. After a bit of an argument my teacher showed her proof and with a huff she checked us in. We got on the plane and as revenge she put all of the students (apart from me) in the first row, the teachers in the second row and myself in row 5. The stewardess then informed the other students that they couldn't sit there as they were under 18 and she rearranged us all so we were all together. I thought this was very good of her because it took her a lot of time to sort out all of our seating when she probably had 101 other things to do. It made my flight much more enjoyable, because I was sat with my friends and not some strangers.

The flight was really good and smooth and we were on time too. A steward even took time out to chat with me which I thought was really good customer service. I realise he was very busy but he took time out to speak to me which I really appreciated.

Apart from the lady at Berlin, I was very impressed with the service, aircraft and the crew and I would fly with them again!
