Taken July 2002 from London Heathrow to Moscow Sheremetyevo

Overall an efficient service, but rather cold in its delivery.

A few points of note. We were 1.5 hours late in departure, but managed to catch up half an hour by the time we reached Moscow.

We spent 20 minutes queueing for runway 27R at Heathrow, but no information was forthcoming from the crew.

The safety brief was given in rather casual manner, with one attendant joining in half way through the brief.

The flight appeared full. I didn't see an empty seat in economy.

I would fly with Aeroflot again on international routes, but would also be willing to pay a little more with another carrier for sharper service and comfort.
