Home > Aeroflot > ReviewTaken July 2002 from Moscow Sheremetyevo to London HeathrowCheck-in starts 2 hours before the flight - not a second earlier. Even though there is a check-in clerk sitting there doing nothing, you are sent away until it suits Aeroflot. I definitely have the impression that passengers are there to serve Aeroflot and not vice versa. A relatively new B737-400, but already starting to look a wee bit tired. The headset did not work properly. The meal was tolerable and fortunately I slept most of the way. Prolonged hold at Heathrow delayed our arrival. Aeroflot may be cheap (which means the flights are full) but their service is extremely average when compared to others. I would pay a few pennies more in future just to be treated like a human being. | ||
