JMC took over the airline that we were supposed to be flying with. At the boarding gate at Gatwick we were told that one of our pieces of hand luggage would have to be out in the hold as it was overweight. How they decided on this was beyond me, as there were no scales available. Once on the plane we immediately complained that the seat in front of my wife was in the recline position, the stewardess attempted to upright the seat and told us it was broken and couldn't be moved. Not only were the seats very cramped for a ten hour flight, the service was outrageous and no one really seemed to care that were we both very uncomfortable. Just to top it all off on arrival at Cancun we discovered that my prescription sunglasses and other personal items were stolen from the hand luggage that was "secured" in the hold. Obviously we involved the police and an entirely useless JMC Rep! We will never fly JMC again. | ||
