Taken July 2002 from Frankfurt, Germany to San Francisco, USA

This flight was OK, nothing more nothing less.

One of the flight attendants was in a really bad mood, and it showed, not good for 11hrs 30mins.

The meal was edible but soggy pasta, but the turkey sandwich later was much better.

The seats aren't the comfiest.

The films weren't working properly. And their entertainment channels are just adverts for NBC, there aren't any actual full length shows.

I was really bored. I probably would have flown with them again, but a very bad experience on another flight since then has put me off forever!
