Taken September 2001 from Stockholm to Sydney

Had heard so much good stuff about this airline, however, such a shame that I didn't experience the same!

The flight ARN-BKK was delayed with 2 hours; nobody apologised and a reason was never given. Therefore, lost connecting flight BKK-SYD.

Was most dissatisfied with inflight service:

1. Maybe flight attendants doing international flights should speak English - and not only Thai?

2. How are those flight attendants in those long evening dresses and really high heels supposed to assist in an emergency situation?

3. The seats are from the 80s (or at least they look and feel like they are!).
