Overall satisfactory, however, had a ticket for Seat 8A - window seat. When I boarded the plane, another passenger (male, about 22 years) was in my seat. He refused to move even though there were a number of free seats available. I spoke to a member of the cabin crew - they stated they had encountered him before and did not like to approach him as they felt he would cause a scene. I moved to another seat. Then when the cabin crew were giving the safety announcement I looked over at him (the passenger who would not give up MY seat) and saw him copying all the safety actions - a bit of a freak.

The cabin crew have my full sympathies if this is what they have to put up with on a regular basis!
