Taken August 2002 from London Luton to Madrid

This is the worst airline I've ever flown. They cancelled my flight to Madrid and I had to fly to Palma de Mallorca and pay for another flight to Madrid.

Advice: It's cheap, could you think..... you're right if your flight it's not cancelled.

The staff are totally incompetent.
