The first thing I noticed was that the seats were quite uncomfortable. They had this bit added to the head rest which gave me neck ache, but I used the inflatable pillow I was given and it was solved!

The flight was on-time and was boarded quickly. The cabin crew were excellent. They were really enjoying themselves and had a good laugh with us all.

The food was good and we even had it in china dishes! A lot of the duty free items for sale were not available and the crew said it was because they were not loaded on in Cuba which was a bit annoying. They even ran out of Pepsi 2 hours into the flight!

The seat back TVs were OK, but when the seat in front was reclined you could just about see it (which happened in my case!). The films were good and there was a mixture of things to watch. The radio system wasn't that good and repeated itself all the time.

Overall a pleasing flight!
