Outbound: AMM 872c

Not impressed, flew on 757 G-OOOG, definitely get that one in for a make over. Seat covers that didn't look like they'd been replaced for a couple of years at least. Leaky loo, that's odor came through the air conditioning during start up, stank like I was in a sewer! Cabin PA system that was faulty, cabin crew didn't hear their announcement to take their seats for landing, so ran there instead as they realised how low we were getting in the approach.

Overall attitude from the cabin crew was not good, mickey taking attitude, captain didn't sound too sure what he was talking about in his announcements and then at landing obviously wasn't sure how to land the plane!

Was that really you I flew with Air 2000? That airline that use to win awards (use to is how it will stay if they continue to provide that service). That flight was just appalling. Sorry, but giving you're in a highly competitive market, do you really want to continue that way? Or was it a one off? Let's hope so!
