Easyjet staff made no effort in compensating their customers, only handing us our baggage back and telling us to get a refund from the Internet. They claimed it was air traffic control despite the widespread news of them cancelling 4 flights a day due to their merger with Go. Worst of all, they kept us at the airport for an extra 2-3 hours with the impression that they had flights available the next morning, when there weren't any until late the next evening. This kept any passengers from the opportunity of salvaging their weekend and taking alternate routes like the sleeper train. There was also a London to Belfast flight cancelled that same time. I suspect Easyjet did this in order to salvage as many return ticket refunds as possible, caring more about their profits than their customer's plans. I will never fly with Easyjet or Go again. | ||
