Taken August 2001 from Manchester to Heraklion
Crew not into what they were doing, not cooperating with each other, rude to passengers - annoyed and tired obviously and not enjoying what they are doing. Not professional at all, have heard that the airline prides itself on its professional staff - no way!!! |
