Taken August 2002 from Manchester to Kos

On the outbound flight the plane dropped suddenly on take off. This left some passengers screaming. There was no explanation for this by any of the staff.

The general visual condition of the plane did not fill anybody with any confidence what so ever.

The toilets were a disgrace after approximately 2 hours of the flight with the thing not flushing properly.

The plane was cramped, but this was expected. As for the landing though it was handled on to course with the subtlety of a sledgehammer, leaving everyone worried. Then we landed 3 times in perfect weather condtions (we bounced back up 2 times it was that heavy a landing).

The return flight on 21-8-02 was a better flight with the conditions of the plane being the same as before.

This was my 8th flight since September, yet the condition of the plane made me very nervous (I was praying for my life). At this point an insensitve male staff member ran down the plane, pushing past an elderly passenger. This panicked many of the passengers, including myself. The member of staff returned with some drinks cups with ice in - not that anybody was nervous!

IF I WAS TOLD I WAS FLYING WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN I WOULD CANCEL MY HOLIDAY WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.
