The departure flight was delayed over 10 hours. We were told that it was a technical problem and as they only have 3 planes, we had to wait for one to be flown out from Malaga to take us.

Since being back in the UK I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Air Scandic to obtain a letter of confirmation of flight delay for insurance purposes. I was told by the insurance company that they always have the same problem with this airline. Their telephone number in Jersey is ex-directory, I wonder why!

I read all the reviews on Air Scandic on this web page and prayed we would be the lucky ones it wouldn't happen to. How wrong I was. The planes are old, dirty and cramped. The food they served I wouldn't give to an animal. I will never fly with this airline again!!!
