Our outbound flight seemed to take forever to board and consequently we missed our slot. So the ATC restrictions meant we ended up taking off an hour late. The flight was pleasant if a little turbulent at times and the crew were helpful. There was also plenty of blankets. The food was typically nothing special as was the seating... the same as all charter flights.

The return aircraft (G-JMCD) had earlier been hit by birds and had to have a new nose cone fitted so there was a slightly longer delay than they had anticipated. By the time we had took off it was about 90 mins late. The crew didn't seem so helpful and there was a shortage of blankets. Nice smooth flight and the smoothest landing I've ever had back at Birmingham.

Overall quite impressed despite some bad reports.
