The cabin crew were rude and were not helpful. 3 hours late coming back due to the A320 technical problems and it was so cramped and uncomfortable where we sat. When I asked to move because there was a spare seat at the back, they said sorry I couldn't. MyTravel are excellent Monarch are just utter rubbish. | ||
