Home > Iberia > 2002 > ReviewTaken January 2002 from Paris Orly to GrenadaMy wife and I flew to Grenada on Iberia via Barcelona on 14 August, and back via Madid on 18 August. The catering service on board was of worse quality than what we get these days on charters: stale bread, soggy "croissants" etc In terms of quantity also, it was quite unworthy of a regular flight. Although most passengers were French, the announcements were made in English and Spanish, and there were only Spanish newspapers. The seating arrangement was bad: a Japanese couple were separated on the outward leg although there were lots of free seats, and my wife and I were separated on the flight back. The flight was two hours late upon leaving Grenada, and was also late upon leaving Madrid. There was no service at all on the Grenada-Madrid leg. Passengers had to request a glass of water or orange juice. I will not fly Iberia again. | ||
