I am a Premier member with United Airlines and hence do fly in business class once in a while. However, 2nd of September was a horror show for me since I was travelling Economy class. I had to wait for an hour and ten minutes to get a glass of water. I was shocked. I would fly them again as San Francisco is a hub for United and I have tons of miles with them. Besides, they are part of Star Alliance that have nicer airlines. I would not however suggest my friends to fly United. | ||
