Taken August 2002 from Los Angeles to Fiji

Part of a Round The World trip. The flight left 3 hours late - due to a late inbound flight. Food very poor. Space in business good albeit in what was probably the First Class cabin of the aged 747-200.

Also flew Fiji to Christchurch... only because the one to Auckland we were booked on left 90 mins before it was originally scheduled to - apparently they had called the hotel but we never got the message.

Airport ground staff helpful in sorting alternative routing to CHC (glad we went) and then onward to Sydney - and no charge for the amendments.

Bar Air New Zealand this the only other way to get to Fiji from the UK going east to west. ANZ better.
