The flight crew were a credit to the airline as a bad thunder storm was taking place when we landed in Manchester and they brought the B767-300 down with great proficiency and ease, even though the cross winds were battering the plane.

Unfortunately we had to wait on the aircraft for 45 minutes on stand in Manchester, as no agent from Serviceair was available to use the airbridge, even though the pilot had radioed ahead with our arrival time.
