Good flight out to Ibiza, Delayed 30 minutes due to lost luggage on the ground at Manchester. I knew this because I was sat directly over the cargo door at the front and handlers were shrugging their shoulders during the delay.

Good service bar the food, a hot ham and cheese baguette was the last thing that I wanted on a plane, and it didn't help when it looked like it was cooked with a blowtorch!

I'd fly with them again, no choice really if it was a holiday charter though.
