Taken December 2001 from Frankfurt (FRA) to Thessaloniki (SKG)
This airline resulted from a merger between Aegean Air and Cronus Airlines. The problem with it is that Aegean used to be quite more upmarket than Cronus, so they have difficulties reaching the right balance. The (Cronus) ground-service-agent wasn't as helpful as she should have been but the comfort and service onboard the (Aegean) Avro jet was impeccable. Flight on time, food more than decent at a reasonable price. HOWEVER, do check before booking yourself onto a domestic flight within Greece: fares can be more expensive than international ones!!!!!! |
