Taken September 2002 from London Gatwick to Mombasa, Kenya

What a fantastic surprise!

The service was faultless. The attendants were friendly, kept us constantly fed and watered throughout the flight both outward and returning home. All soft drinks were free (not usual for a charter flight), the food was good and the service was always with a smile. The crew were Swiss but handled the British Tourists brilliantly.

The Plane itself seemed very new, well laid out and the best economy seat pitch I have ever seen for a charter flight (31").

I have travelled this same route with two other carriers in the past (Monarch and Britannia) - both of them pale in comparison to ASA on all levels.

A credit to themselves and the staff. It just shows it does not always pay to fly with a well known airline and the flight put the icing on the cake of my holiday!!

WELL DONE AFRICAN SAFARI AIRWAYS!!!!
