We had a delay of about 2 hours during our return flight from Stansted to Milan due to a power failure at Stansted. During that time the staff was very friendly and managed to offer us a glass of water!

That's isn't very much but I paid only GBP 70 including taxes from Milan to London and return so I can't complain.

The good thing about Buzz is that you can get very good prices even if you stay away only 2 night compared to BA's Go that requires you to stay away for the weekend (Saturday night rule).

The bad thing is that Buzz doesn't give you any discount on the Stanted Express train to London so you risk ending up paying more for the train than for the flight! (Go instead gives everybody a discount).
