Taken July 2002 from Manchester to Paphos
Flight due out 0800 on 31 7 02. 11hrs 40mins delay at Manchester. Technical fault. Said part to come from Luton. Not kept informed of the situation. Promised updates which never materialised. Meal vouchers after 5 hours then nothing till meal on plane at 21.20. Passengers tried to contact airline as no info coming through but ex-directory in Jersey. If there had been a different passenger profile there would have been a riot! |
