Taken April 2001 from London Gatwick to Puerto Plata

Both my outbound and inbound flights were very punctual with no delays what so ever, which was a good start.

I found the legroom not great but a good standard for such airlines (e.g. Airtours and Monarch). The cabin was bright and clean too.

The entertainment was good as well.

However, on our return journey, all was well apart from the cabin crew who had no smiles and seemed in foul moods, and had no intention of being helpful or friendly.

Shame, but I still liked it and would use them again.
