Cabin crew very professional and attentive, on the return flight there was a lot of children and the crew were very calm with them, taking a lot of time to calm them down (there was a tight connection so I guessed they'd been running thru the terminal), and also a 'meet and assist' who was slowly and professionally shown to his seat with everything explained to him in perfect English. The drinks service passed twice thru the aircraft, very impressive on such a short sector. The cockpit crew also spoke frequently in both German and English, indeed the return has two female pilots, I guess still a rarity. Frankfurt airport is also a pleasure to use, typical German efficiency everywhere. Given the choice (and the budget!) I will fly Lufthansa again. | ||
