Home > Ryanair > 2002 > ReviewTaken September 2002 from London Stansted to AnconaNever made the flight, due to Ryanair cancellation. This airline has no customer service skills at all! We booked a flight from London to Ancona and a seperate flight back from Venice to London, as it is not possible to book two flights on the same booking. The outbound flight was cancelled (air traffic control 28th Sept 02). No fault of Ryanair, but BA etc cancelled flights the day before, Ryanair made everybody turn up to the airport to be told that they could not go. Refunds were available but you have to write to Dublin, which I did and received a refund for the outbound flight, but no mention of the return leg refund, so I phoned Ireland to be told to phone a "Premium rate refund number!). The response from Ryanair's "customer service department" was to repeat "Ryanair is a point to point airline and travel arrangements made under a seperate booking are non refundable" to every comment I made. Fair enough, but how am I meant to use the return leg if I can't get there in the first place! From now on I will pay the small amount extra to fly with a real airline, Ryanair does not have a clue how to deal with problems... | ||
