Taken October 2002 from Manchester to Chania

12 hour delay due to an ancient Airbus aircraft that had firstly a hydraulic problem, then a generator problem, and then finally a computer problem before it was finally recognised that that it was not safe or able to fly. Total lack of information forthcoming from anybody at the airport, passengers basically left to sit out delays on the plane in a very uncomfortable and hot atmosphere, and afterwards wandering between the information point (sic) and departure gate trying to find out what on earth was going on. Armed police had to be called to diffuse a near riot situation at one point, and it was only after 10 hours that we were told that the other Airbus in the fleet would take us to Chania when it returned from Heraklion that evening.

Bottom line with this airline is that they operate on a shoestring budget, with only 3 planes. If no technical problems then they will probably get you to your destination. If there are problems then expect massive delays. I would not recommend this airline to anyone.
