A 2 hour delay on the way out and a 5 hour delay on the way back. Not bad but... We'd booked Premier at a cost of £200 per person and when checking in were told we wouldn't be sitting together. Apparently when you upgrade you are allocated seats, so first come better choice. That's fine, but if you know this when booking you might choose not to go Premier. The airline should make this known in all brochures.
