Generally a comfortable, fast and efficient service. Our plane arrived at Gatwick with not much time to spare, so we started to sigh thinking about delays. It was quite amazing the way the plane was made ready in order to take off on time. If it had been a flag-carrier, it would have taken forever!

Take-off and landing were smooth. Cabin crew were attentive (apart from the awful uniforms!) and I also found Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport a joy to use compared to a lot of other hub airports I've used. Add all these benefits to the small cost of flying with EasyJet, and it's difficult to see how others will compete.
