My wife and I flew to Alicante on a Monarch Scheduled flight on 14/10/02. We arrived just as the check-in desk was opening, and so had no queue to wait in. When the check-in clerk asked if we would like window or aisle seats my wife mentioned that extra leg room would be nice, and the clerk arranged for us to sit in the seats next to the exit with loads of extra room.

The inflight food was nice - nothing exceptional but what do you expect on an airline. We also got a choise of red or white wine with the meal, as well as a drink from the bar (spirits etc). Both of these drinks where free.

The service on the return flight was just as good. I would certainly fly with Monarch Scheduled again.
