Taken October 2002 from Nice to Paris CDG

I've now flown this route 5 times. Each time the flight has been on time.

I gave 5/10 for service because it is basic, but you know this when you book, so I'm not complaining. Even the train is more expensive & there is no service on that either. However, on a French domestic route, the crew should really be able to communicate in French. I hate to imagine the situation in an emergency with 90% of passengers probably not able to understand what the crew are telling them. If EasyJet are to succeed in France, & I hope they will given the poor quality of their competitors, then this is a detail which requires serious consideration. On this particular flight all we had were recorded messages in French - one which asked us to pay careful attention to the safety demonstration AFTER it had been given, & one from the captain to tell us he didn't speak French & so would make all other announcements in English only. All this said, since EasyJet started operating this route, I don't even consider using another company.
