Still can't understand why people must complain so. I've flown this route over 30 times in the past 5 years. It's cheap, what do people want? Sometimes you get a delayed flight, but I bet most often it's because a passenger screwed up earlier in the day and caused it to be delayed (late arrival, lost passport, lost gate, lost brain). I'd be real happy if complainers were permanently banned from an airline, so the rest of us could peacefully get on with the travelling.
