Check in was easy and simple due to the fact that I had no luggage to check in so I did not have to wait in the enormous queue. Had a separate line for connecting passengers whose luggage has already been checked in.

Security was first rate and very efficient.

Had a window seat and it was fairly comfortable. Legroom is enough, but would have been great if it was more.

Surprised to see no inflight magazine.

Delay of 45 minutes departing.

Drinks and dinner were served promptly. Food is excellent. The best curry in the air, if you like Indian.

Entertainment system was old, but efficient. Would have liked to seen the personal seatback entertainment systems though.

Cabin crew switched on the lights for a breakfast, that was not very good and consisted of cake and tea.

Arrival into London was on time. 1 and a half hour transit in London, which was quick.

Departure from London, we were promptly served breakfast. It was fairly decent. 3 hours before landing in Delhi we were served Lunch. Now, arrival into Delhi was at 1100 pm. Why we were served lunch, I don't know! Very good, nevertheless.

Arrival at Delhi was on time. Had to wait 2 hours on the plane. It was hot and muggy. Departed to Mumbai, half an hour late.

Service consisted of open faced sandwiches, fruit salad, and beverages.

Arrival into Mumbai was at 330 am. Newly renovated Mumbai Airport was good, but bags took too long to come. Ours were the first and my family was the first ones out of the terminal.

All in all a very long flight, but great food. Service was efficient, but more friendier faces would have been appreciated.

Would definitely fly again.
