Home > GO > 2002 > ReviewTaken October 2002 from London Stansted to AlicanteMost of the passengers were waiting at the check in desks to open for Flight GO663 to Alicante at 03:15 for a 05:00 departing flight. When the 2 desks finally opened 15 minutes late, everyone raced to get to the front of the queue. After a casual check-in, we waited to be called to the gate for our flight which seemed to pass by really quickly. We boarded our Go 737 - 300, which looked like it had been refurbished due to new overhead lockers, and the safety demonstration was read over the tannoy by a computer instead of a stewardess. After a 35 minute wait, we were finally speeding down the runway and on our way to Alicante. After about 1/2 an hour, the cabin crew came through the cabin selling items from their bar menu. We just bought 2 teas at £1.50 each. These were quite large so it was value for money. The flight was very smooth and we landed in Alicante only 5 minutes late. The crew were also very friendly and good at their job. | ||
