Cabin crew were very friendly and well trained in offering assistance with boarding and placing hand baggage in the overhead bins. Coffee cost £1.50, but was large,hot and fresh. Return flight was boarded 1/2 hr before take off time and left 15 mins early. Baggage reclaim at EMA is great, bags on the carosel before you arrive. Overall, BMIbaby are great for a low cost airline, only criticism is that the seats are a bit uncomfortable and the leg room is poor. OK for a 45 minute flight, but I don't think I'd enjoy anything much longer than that. | ||
