On board service was absolutely disasterous. On an almost 2 hour flight, I was given 2 mini sandwiches and juice. Other airlines offer breakfast or at least a decent meal. The passengers were starving! It is so obvious that KLM do everything possible to cut costs, even if it means making a lousy product. Connection in Amsterdam OK. Had a much more pleasant onward flight with KLM partner Braathens to Bergen. | ||
