Taken May 2000 from Amsterdam to New Delhi
I had a horrible experience with KLM. I was flying with an infant with an infant ticket; but they didn't allow me to carry an extra diaper bag on board for the infant; although the luggage rules in their website clearly says so. Also, they were extremely rude at the check-in terminal at Amsterdam, and it seemed that their only intent was to harass passengers. |
