Home > Singapore > 2002 > ReviewTaken November 2002 from Penang to SingaporeSome cabin crews were quite rude, as if they were having terrible day. Seat was cramped and uncomfortable in its Airbus A310. I was handed a hot towel with curry stains. We were provided with a cold tuna sandwich for light meal, tasted awful. Toilets were wet & badly maintained. Cabin is old and I almost tripped over a torn carpet. Seats are in bad shape. If Singapore Airlines wants to remain its title as one of the world's best airlines, I think they need to work harder than before. Cabin crews' service just lacked sincerity & human touch. SQ should learn a lot from MH, even though the latter is not doing as good as well as SQ financially, but MH service is the best so far. | ||
