Home > Aeroflot > ReviewTaken November 2002 from Berlin SXF to Moscow SVOUpon arrival at Berlin SXF airport (Berlin's secondary airport serving mainly holiday charters and Eastern European flights) we were informed that our 6 p.m. flight to Moscow was cancelled due to foggy weather in Moscow and that we were all rebooked on the regular night flight, leaving Berlin at midnight - so 6 hours delay. Well, weather is something the airline can not influence, but how can it be that the flight from Duesseldorf (in which my colleagues were...) departed right on time and arrived in Moscow without weather problems?????? Also, why is it not possible to open the C-class lounge to waiting C-class passengers of a cancelled flight? We were told that you have only a right of access 2 hours before the flight... The night flight itself was like always (I fly to SVO on SU frequently) with good seats, but miserable food. Business on SU really has good seats for a cheap price, but better bring your own meal. Ironically you might say that they are really improving their inflight service - they wake you up THREE times from deepest sleep to ask you whether you want dinner or drinks... Guys from SU: You are on a good way, but keep on working on the details! | ||
