Home > Aer Arann Express > ReviewTaken November 2002 from Dublin to GalwayFlight to no-where Aer Arann have cancelled some of their flights, but haven't bothered to let passengers know (even when the tickets have been issued and dispatched). Attitude is largely tough luck! This airline makes Ryanair look posh. A third rate airline with first rate call center staff (who seemed genuinely embarassed) and fifth rate customer service management (possibly EI/BA refugees who are building careers destroying once proud airlines and who have no idea what a burden they are to the organisation). Suggest you record calls to customer service if you have to talk to them - they seem to have a proor relationship with the truth, decency etc. Can't believe this airline is given public funding for their non-existant services. Avoid if at all possible. Yours in exasperation, Susan O'Brien (aka Brainless) | ||
