Taken October 1999 from Dublin to London Stansted
Flights were delayed by several hours on out bound and return journeys. I discovered at the end of my flight that the life jacket was missing, I was told to put my complaint in writing and received the response that they couldn't be held responsible for the lack of a life jacket. Considering I paid £75 per ticket and not one of the lowcost fares this I didn't think was acceptable. The air hostesses were less than professional, kneeling on seats to talk to their friends in the row behind, whilst applying makeup. They were also rude. I will never fly with them again, it was the worst experience I have ever had. |
